Shoppes at Gloucester Township Shopping Center

We will be renovating and upgrading this existing 55,000 square foot Shopping Center which will include new fascade on the building, upgraded parking lot and perimeter lighting, installation of a lawn sprinkler system, and re-landscaping of the property. Additionally, we will be constructing another 7,000 square foot restaurant pad site next to Dunkin Donuts, along with other improvements to modernize the plaza.

Campus Point Plaza Shopping Center

1401 Little Gloucester Road Blackwood Gloucester Township, New Jersey 08012

We have just completed construction of  a new 12,000 square foot strip shopping center, and have all approvals to construct a bank pad site featuring 3 drive-thru lanes at the intersection of Little Gloucester Road & Erial Road.

Located directly in front of the 970 unit Autumn Ridge Apartment Complex, and 1/2 mile from the Camden County College, this plaza features 8 retail stores of varying sizes.

Ventnor Plaza Shopping Center

5000 Wellington Ave Ventnor City, New Jersey 08406

We are completely renovating and revitalizing this 206,000 square foot destination shopping plaza. Improvements include raising the elevation of the entire parking lot several feet to prevent tidal flooding, addition of Landscaping, Ornamental Lighting, and 3 padsites with drive through windows.
